According to old tales, Iskabibble has strentched into the USA as a term which referrs to "invisible little creature" who live under the old cattle guards in the mid-west states like North Dakota. In modern times a person is suppose to slow down in their car before crossing a cattle guard, honk, then proceed because no one wants to run over a "ISKABIBBLE".
If anyone has seen an Iskabibble, please send me a description, so, I can draw one under a cattle guard to show the younger readers.
