Letter from Opal Reimann White, owhite@3-cities.com, who wrote 18 Jan 2002: In the next, it mentions JOHN REIMAN was the first photographer inKulm, ND.  He is in my Reimann family tree.  First came to Kulm, ND from Hutchinson Co., SD and was married to Emilie Hoffmann, whose place of birth was Kulm, Bess."  [S. Russia], "I have one photo he took of the Rempel family--and there may be more he took while living in Kulm.  I know he had three children who died in Kulm, ND/  One in 1893 and 2 in 1898.  He then moved to Odessa, WA where he also had a photograph shop... moved to Idaho....on to Lodi,"  [CA], "...He was born in 1853 in Plotzk, Besss and died in Lodi in 1930 - 85 years old.  His profession was a carpenter... I believe hisfamily may have more photo's of Kulm...
