Note: Norwegians did not have surnames until as late as the early 1900s, therefore, the families were often linked to farm names, villages or known as "the son of" or "the daughter of" which makes it difficult for Americans to find their ancestors. Unfortuatenly, the book Johan Johansen had professional genealogist research and publish has vanished. Fortunately there were two members of L. Chirsinte Myksvoll family who were faithfull in their research and past to my husband and other family members their works.  I'd like to thank Earl Tweedt,  who started the research, and Freedna (Tweedt) Irvine, who published the family book: MYKSVOLL, TWEEDT AND TWEET.
